Assistant Manager/ Manager - Marketing & Sponsorship

Job Role :

  • The role of the Sponsorship Manager will be to secure new Sponsorship alliances for existing festivals which has been largely untapped in the past. As part of the team you will be instrumental in establishing best practice in winning new business and creating consultative thought leadership sales packages for big ticket spenders. You will work closely with the Project Heads
  • Responsible for selling our festivals to prospective sponsors and alliance partners against agreed targets. Work on achieving & fulfilling the set targets by the HOD(Individual& Team targets)
  • To contribute towards brand and product positioning and develop market strategies for getting sponsorship for our festivals
  • Brainstorming with the production head & the festival team on the festival ideas and then accordingly make the festival pitching and presentation
  • Responsible for Relationship building & key account management with the existing clients to get more business
  •  To understand thoroughly and establish appropriate channels/mediums of reaching the target audience keeping the budget in mind. 
  • Required to be networked into market to not only connect with prospective sponsors and marketing agencies but keep informed of the competitive environment
  • Working towards delivering the set team target and individual targets for the year.
  • Guiding the team towards achieving the team targets.
  • Liaising with colleagues and team members , Festival Team & Design Team for the marketing collaterals & presentations

Qualification & Key Attributes Required:

  • He should  have min 4 of exp in Marketing
  • Experience in Marketing & Sponsorship, fund raising with an exposure to Digital Media, Mass communication
  • Excellent Communication Skills and presentation skills, Should be well networked or well connected.
  • Should be detail oriented and good with followups

Production Executive

Reporting to : Festival Head

Profile Summary: Production executive

  • Coordinate in scheduling of meetings between festival head/EP and the artists.
  • Assist the festival team with the planning and preparation of Projects.
  • Assisting in On ground festival execution 
  • Responsible for festival related research and preparing presentations
  • Maintain the work reports and delivery status of projects.
  • Tracking the production work and regular coordination with the producers/line producers maintaining the production report.
  • Develops and maintains internal project schedules based on timelines given to him / her by the person in charge
  • To manage a group of artists and work in a team-based environment.
  • Responsible for the follow up and Negotiation with the vendors
  • Coordinate flow of work within or between departments to ensure smooth flow of process of work and artists allocated.
  • Monitor people issues and liaising with multiple departments to ensure smooth running of operations.
  • Creation of various MIS reports, initiation of quality process improvement, people management, issues & conflict management.

 

Qualification & Experience

You should be a graduate with min 1 year experience in working on the Onground event execution

Must be keen to work on the festival production and research work

Must have working knowledge of Ms-excel and Power point

Excellent communication and Presentation skills

Manager Design

Position: Manager Design

Status: Full time

Experience: min 5-7 years on Exp in Design

Teamwork Arts is looking for graphic designers to work on the Visual Concept and branding for the Multiple festivals in the field of performing arts, all across the world. Someone who understands the needs and importance of design in all aspects of the festivals, and also knows what trends are happening in the world of design and can apply it to these festivals, or create trends of their own.

Job Roll :

  • 5+ Years of experience 
  • Strong design capabilities in Brand Identity and logo design, Visual Design/Branding, print/publication design, social media creatives, Deck Creation for creative concepts and selling festival ideas
  • Solid knowledge of marketing, taking brand and design principles and converting them into on-ground executable ideas
  • Must have good visualization and practical recreation skills
  • Proficient in all the design softwares (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Should be able to lead projects on their own
  • Managing multiple projects and coordinating with multiple teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Be able to work with tight deadlines
  • Digital Illustration skills is a plus
  • Should be comfortable with working directly with vendors for on-ground setup and execution
