Tsepal Dolkar Yongda is a psychologist from Tikjya, Gyalshing District Sikkim. She was appointed as the first Counsellor of the One Stop Centre (West Sikkim) team under Women andChild Welfare department, before she passed the SPSC exam to join the Paramedical Force under the State Health department. She is currently working as a Counsellor at STNM Hospital, Sochakgang, Gangtok.
