A senior business leader & mentor, Suja's core strength is conceptualising and building organisations from the ground up and transforming them into agile, capability centres. She possesses a unique blend of advisory, operations & delivery experience, having worked with both public & private sector organisations including two of the Big 4 firms, KPMG and PWC. Suja was most recently Vice President & Managing Director of Nissan Digital India LLP, and was tasked with the setting up of the first global digital hub for Nissan Motor Corp in India to drive their digital transformation. Prior to Nissan, she was Vice President, Invest India, the official Investment Promotion & Facilitation agency of the Govt. of India, where in addition to heading facilitation of investments across sectors, she kick-started the development and launch of AGNli, a national level Government of India initiative to commercialise technology innovations.
