Detailed Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the vendors , work with the team on festival merchandise  Sourcing  festival Merchanside from diffrent vendors, collecting samaples,coordinate for billing & payments etc
  • Product Listing: Manage the entire product listing process on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to maintain accurate inventory records, ensure timely product deliveries, and manage order fulfillment.
  • Inventory Management: Regularly monitor stock levels, coordinate with vendors for restocking, and track inventory to avoid discrepancies.
  • Order Processing: Oversee order processing, ensuring orders are accurately fulfilled and dispatched in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Address customer queries related to orders, shipping, and returns. Provide excellent customer support via email, phone, and chat.
