As part of the team you will be instrumental in establishing best practice in winning new business and creating consultative thought leadership sales packages for big ticket spenders.   • Responsible for selling our festivals to prospective sponsors and alliance partners against agreed targets. Work on achieving & fulfilling the set targets by the HOD(Individual& Team targets)

As the Head of Website, you will be responsible for leading the organization's website strategy and execution on a day to day basis. This includes overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of all company websites to ensure they align with business objectives and provide an exceptional user experience. Profile Summary - We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Literature Festival Program Assistant with a passion for books and literature. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the festival team in curating and organizing the festival's literary programs.

  • Provide logistical support to ensure all on-ground operations run smoothly.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Literature, English, or a related field with a deep passion for books, literature, and the arts.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Every year, we produce over 33 festivals in 72 cities and 26 countries in the fields of performing & visual arts and literature. We produce the world's largest literary gathering: the annual Jaipur Literature Festival; JLF international now travels to the US, UK, and Europe. 
 
Even amidst the upheaval and unsettling times of 2020 and through 2021, Teamwork Arts successfully launched the digital series, JLF Brave New World and Words Are Bridges, which were viewed by over 4.8 million people in their first season. Through its digital avatar, the Jaipur Literature Festival reached over 27 million viewers in January 2021.  Art Matters empowers artistes across India to collaborate by commissioning them to create new works. The digital series Be Inspired was launched in 2021 – a series that crystal gazes into the future with conversations on science, technology, innovation, environment and more. Two on-ground editions of ‘Be Inspired - Festival of Ideas’ were held in 2023 and the first edition of Sikkim Arts & Literature Festival was launched in May 2023.
