Once in force, the DPDP Act will supersede the SPDI Rules and introduce enhanced obligations on data processing, security, and privacy protection.

Any such data/personal information stored by banks and other payment platforms is not accessible to us and we shall not be held liable for any violation done by payment gateways. To enable OBA, we may use Tracking Technologies to collect data including but not limited to the make, model, settings, specifications (e.g., CPU speed, connection speed, browser type, operating system, device identifier) and geographic location of your device, date/time stamp, IP address, pages visited, time of visits, content viewed, ads viewed, the site(s), application(s), destination(s), and/or service(s) you arrived from, and other clickstream data.
    For avoidance of doubt, we understand that You have a right to be aware that Your engagement with these communications may be tracked. Therefore, we confirm that for tracking embedded within emails, text messages, or push notifications, we will always seek prior consent from you as Users.
  • Purpose limitation: This is to disclose to the User, right up front that Our tracking technologies will only collect data for specified, lawful purposes, in line with the purpose limitation principle under the DPDP Act. For example, tracking user engagement with messages to assess marketing effectiveness or to improve user experience are typically considered lawful business purposes.
  • User rights and preferences: If at any point an User wishes to withdraw consent provided to Us, Our endeavour is to make it easy for such Users to opt-out of tracking technologies and respect any preferences that they set. We provide settings within the service that allow Users to disable tracking or offering instructions on how they can manage such settings within their browsers or devices.
  • Data Minimization and Retention: Tracking technologies are used by us in a manner that collects only the minimum amount of data necessary for the intended purpose and does not retain this data longer than required. For instance, if tracking engagement with email communications, We anonymize or delete the data after assessing the campaign’s effectiveness.
